  • Visa Application Form, fully completed and signed

What to Expect: 
  1. Get your paperwork together. Please fill all forms carefully. We are not responsible for any delays if your information is inaccurate. Check the requirements for what forms and copies you need to make. Please contact us if you have any questions.
  2. Make ONE cashier check or money order. You'll need to calculate any government processing fees, service charges, and return shipping. Make ONE cashier check or money order for service fees and return shipping payable to "US China Professional Visa Center. No personal checks are accepted.
  3. Send it in! Send the sealed envelope to:

Upon receiving your package, we will go ahead and hand-deliver your visa application materials to the Consulate in Los Angeles. Once your visa has been issued, we will return your passport and information using the return shipping you specified.

Return Shipping Fees

We charge a flat service fee for each service provided. Shipping and handling charges are based on the return shipping option you select. All amounts are in United States Dollars.
