Required Documents
- Current U.S. passport with at least 6 months of validity and at least one blank visa page
- One additional passport photo (color)
- Visa Application Form, fully completed and signed
Service Fees
Include a check for the applicable fees:
- Consulate Fee
- $60.00 - Per Single Entry Visa (1 week processing time at the embassy)
- $85.00 - Per Single Entry Visa Rush (3 business days processing time at the embassy)
- $130.00 - Per Multiple Entry Visa for 1 month
- $150.00 - Per Multiple Entry Visa for 3 months
- $200.00 - Per Multiple Entry Visa for 6 months
- $120.00 - Per Multiple Entry Visa for 1 year (MUST BE APPROVED BY VIETNAM)
- Service Fee. Made payable to US China Professional Visa Center.
- $ 35.00 - 10 or more days processing time
What to Expect
Upon receiving your package, we will go ahead and hand-deliver your visa application materials to the Consulate in Los Angeles. Once your visa has been issued, we will return your passport and information using the return shipping you specified.
PLEASE NOTE:
To prevent delay in processing, be sure to complete and sign the visa applicaiton form. Your U.S Passport must have at least six months remaining validity and contain at least one blank visa page. Need passport assistance? We can help!

- Get your paperwork together. Please fill all forms carefully. We are not responsible for any delays if your information is inaccurate. Check the requirements for what forms and copies you need to make. Please contact us if you have any questions.
- Include payment You'll need to calculate any government processing fees, service charges, and return shipping. Make checks for service fees and return shipping payable to "US China Professional Visa Center.
