- Current U.S. passport with at least 6 months of validity and at least one blank visa page
- One completed and signed Visa Application Form (BG-01)
- One additional passport photo (2x2, frontal view, color)

- $ 25.00 - 5 days processing time, not including return shipping
- $ 50.00 - Within 2 days processing time, not including return shipping time. Includes consular rush fees
- $ 110.00 - Same-day processing time, not including return shipping. Includes consular rush fees
What to Expect:
- Get your paperwork together. Please fill all forms carefully. We are not responsible for any delays if your information is inaccurate. Check the requirements for what forms and copies you need to make. Please contact us if you have any questions.
- Make ONE cashier check or money order. You'll need to calculate any government processing fees, service charges, and return shipping. Make ONE cashier check or money order for service fees and return shipping payable to "US China Professional Visa Center. No personal checks are accepted.
