Add Passport Pages
If your passport pages are completely filled with visas or airport stamps you do not have to apply for new passports. Instead, we can obtain additional pages for your U.S. passports. Supplemental pages can be added up to 3 times during the life of a passport. Please note that if the passport is close to expiration, you may be better off by applying for a passport renewal.
This procedure should only be used to add visa pages to a previously issued, currently valid U.S. passport.
Required Documents
- Your recent passport
- Application form "DS-4085". The form MUST be filled and printed out online.
- Power of attorney letter. Include it in the sealed envelope.
Fees
- Government processing fee.Make payable to US Department of State. Indicate your date of birth in the memo field.

- Service Fee. Make payable to U.S.-China Professional Visa Center.
- $ 90.00 USD - 5 business days
- $130.00 USD - 3-4 business days
What to Expect
Within 5 business days of receipt, we will hand-deliver your passport application to the Federal Building in Los Angeles. Once your passport has been issued, we will return your application materials using the return shipping you specified.

- Include payment You'll need to calculate any government processing fees, service charges, and return shipping. Make checks for service fees and return shipping payable to "US China Professional Visa Center.
